Appointments

All appointments MUST be made in advance via Schedulicity.

Cancellations

Due to the high demand for appointments and in an effort to be respectful of time, we kindly request at least a 24 hour notice when canceling an appointment. When appointments are cancelled in less than 24 hours, a charge of $25 will be applied. In the event of a no-show, a charge equal to the full appointment fee will be applied. We appreciate your understanding.

Late Arrivals

Please call or text in advance if you are expecting to be late. If you are 15 minutes or more late, your service is subject to cancellation in which a late cancellation fee will be charged.  All late arrivals are subject to full charge of the services scheduled.

No Children

We love children but there are many hazardous chemicals and machinery in the salon and to ensure the safety of everyone we ask that you make arrangements prior to your appointment.

Payment & Gratuity

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and Zelle as forms of payment. A gratuity is not included in the price of the service - it is left to the discretion of the client and should be based on personal satisfaction. Gratuity may be paid in cash or included on your credit card.

Refunds or Exchanges 

No refunds or exchanges on products or services.

Repairs

Our gel polish services include a 3-day guarantee, so any chips in your gel manicure will be repaired free of charge within that time.

Nail Art

We aim to accommodate each client's request for nail art and design within their reserved appointment time. If you would like custom nail art, please specify when booking via Schedulicity to ensure the appropriate time is allotted. We kindly remind our guests that you will need to work within the timeframe you have reserved and within the skill set of your technician. We encourage you to bring photos of any desired custom nail art.

Pricing

In order to maintain our high standards of quality, prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Guests will fully indemnify and hold harmless Artisan Nail Studio from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with salon services and/or facilities.
